Lead Pastor
Dean Lancaster
Pastor Dean grew up in Augusta, Georgia, and pursued his theological education at Columbia Bible College and Trinity Theological Seminary. For more than forty years, he has faithfully served in ministry—beginning as a Youth Pastor in Georgia and Connecticut, and later as a Lead Pastor in South Carolina and Ohio.
In 2018, Pastor Dean accepted the call to serve at Hope, where he continues to lead with a commitment to biblical teaching, vision casting, and community outreach.
Dean and his wife, Faith, were married in 1994 and are blessed with three adult children and a son‑in‑law. Their family life reflects their dedication to Christ and His church, and they count it a privilege to serve God’s people both locally and beyond.

Congregational Care Pastor
David Pletincks
Pastor David has faithfully served at Hope since 2001, retiring from his role as Lead Pastor in 2017. He continues to minister on staff through visitation and care ministries, offering encouragement and support to the congregation.
Prior to his time at Hope, Pastor David and his wife, Alice, dedicated 18 years to service at Nyack College and shepherded congregations in New York, Ohio, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Their ministry reflects a lifelong commitment to teaching, pastoral leadership, and nurturing the spiritual growth of God’s people.
David and Alice are blessed with two children and three grandchildren, and they treasure the joy of family alongside their ongoing call to ministry.

Associate Pastor
Willem Antonio Duiker
Willem Antonio was raised in State College, Pennsylvania, where his father serves on the faculty at Penn State University. He joined Hope in 2021 as a Ministry Intern while pursuing his studies at Crown College, where he earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Divinity.
In September 2025, Willem Antonio transitioned into a full-time role as Associate Pastor of Worship and Communications. He brings a passion for Christ-centered worship and a heart for clear, meaningful communication that strengthens the life of the church.

Discipleship & Administration Director
Jamie Rodriguez
Jamie began his ministry at Hope in 2023 as the part-time Spiritual Life Coordinator. In 2025, he transitioned into a full-time role as Discipleship & Administration Director, following a successful career in the automotive industry.
He brings a deep passion for encouraging others to follow Jesus in their daily lives and a strong commitment to equipping the church for effective ministry. His many years as a business owner and manager have prepared him to serve as an exceptional administrator, combining practical leadership skills with a heart for discipleship.
Jamie is married to Jan, and the father of one daughter, Macie.

Office Manager
Saralyn Duarte
Saralyn began her duties as secretary in 2005 while also helping her husband Leo in the Youth Ministry of Hope Church. She now serves as the Children’s Ministry Director in addition to her job as Office Manager. She and her husband Leo, have been married since 1986 and have two married children.

Assistant to the Pastor
Helen Ostrander
Helen began her duties in 2022 and has been at Hope since 2002, following her retirement. She and her husband Gene raised their family in Michigan before retiring to Florida in 1995. They have two married sons, five grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.
